Design Scope –

Influenced by the cubist movements Bauhaus and De Stijl. The facade treatment focussed on the most essential elements, monochromatic surfaces, repetition, simplicity of form & clarity. The requirement was a single-floor villa with a basement. 

The idea was to use natural stone flooring having day lighting accentuated by minimalist-styled furniture that forms a story. The monochromatic walls act as a canvas to bring forward the design story.
