Design Scope –
The requirement was to design the ground floor for multiple indoor and outdoor activities including visual and physical connections to the outdoor swimming pool, a well-lit family living room, a formal visitors’ meeting room, a home office, a dining overlooking the swimming pool, and kitchen pantry connected to the dining with all of them serving their purpose in an uncluttered manner. The zoning had to be strategized keeping in mind a sense of aesthetic balance and clarity ensuring no conflicts in the circulation patterns.

Design Scope –
The requirement was to design the ground floor for multiple indoor and outdoor activities including visual and physical connections to the outdoor swimming pool, a well-lit family living room, a formal visitors’ meeting room, a home office, a dining overlooking the swimming pool, and kitchen pantry connected to the dining with all of them serving their purpose in an uncluttered manner. The zoning had to be strategized keeping in mind a sense of aesthetic balance and clarity ensuring no conflicts in the circulation patterns.
The swimming pool is visible from private family areas such as the informal living space, dining area, pantry, etc. primarily for the use and experience of family members. The formal meeting room is a flexible entity located in such a way that it transforms to become a part of the family zone as the separation is visual, mostly by glass aided by blinds.
Also, the idea in design was to achieve a bird’s eye view of the ground floor at the staircase landing to have visual communication and connect with the areas on the ground floor. The dignified bedrooms on the first floor are supplemented with large washrooms that have walk-ins with the entire private areas having personalized styling giving life to the varied imaginations dreams and desires of the users.
