Villa Residence At Oorjita Istana Hyderabad.

Client brief –

 A duplex villa for a family of 3 with their parents visiting and staying back occasionally. The husband and wife are into real estate consultancy while their son, aged around 10, attends school as a day scholar. The family wanted a home that is pleasing to the eyes, which we interpreted and they agreed as being elegant, and exclusive, inducing calmness in most spaces while accentuating a few spaces for their socialization needs.

Design intent – 

We ideated to create a home that would imbibe the qualities of tranquillity in architecture and interior design. To ensure that all spaces breed positivity based on exhaustive and exclusive design intervention through the application of materials, finishes and colour palettes. Creation of spaces where the young boy would also have fun and a memorable childhood growing up at this home. All this to be done while taking care of the requirement to have eclectic spaces to cater to the socialization necessities of the clients.
